If you are someone who is feeling overwhelmed by life’s challenges, whether you are dealing with anxiety, relationship struggles, or transitions in your personal or professional life. You may seek a safe and non-judgmental space to express your thoughts and feelings, and you need guidance in navigating your emotions and gaining clarity on your goals. I am also experienced in the NDIS sector. By working together, I aim to empower you to discover your strengths, develop coping strategies, and achieve a greater sense of balance.
As I reflect on my own journey of navigating trauma, chronic illnesses, and mental health challenges, I'm reminded of the impact that empathetic and personalised support can have on the healing process. Through my lived experience, I've developed a deep understanding of the complexities and nuances of these struggles, allowing me to connect with my clients.
My areas of specialisation include Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Exposure Therapy, and a Person-Centred Approach, tailored to address a range of issues such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. By combining these approaches, I empower clients to take control of their mental health and well-being.
We acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of Country throughout Australia and recognise their continuing connection to land, waters and community.
